Anyone know if someone is selling a hood for the new 17 Powerbook.

Maybe I'm just unimformed, but could you give a broader description of a "hood"?

I imagine he means a 'hood' for the screen such that when you are outside you can actually see what is being presented on the screen. I could be wrong though.

Ohhh, such as the hoods that are commonly found on many LaCiE CRT monitors? If so, I'm unaware of any in production.

Sorta like a LaCie, but a tighter fit.

Not only could a hood help with ambient light but could also help with ambient eyes...

Of course, I could care less if someone sitting next to me on a flight looks over.

Im not sure but i tend to think of a hood in a laptop something to cover the screen from the sun glare. I dont think I said it in that broad of a sense. sorry for not being more specific....
