ok i have a 700 opaque ibook
and lately when i go to sleep, and put my ibook to sleep its fine
but in the morning when i wake up and try to wake up the ibook it just sits there like an idiot
i read another post with the same thing, but i wasnt having the problem at the time
so i got rid of metorologist
took off network time
and i still cant think of what it is doing it
anyone else notice this?
its only really started since i updated to x.2.6

Did you ever fix that problem?

it seems to be luck now
if it will wake up or not
i cant see any pattern to it yet, it could be something with the network, because the time is usually set to when it fell asleep, sometimes it updates the time by network and it is all happy again
most of the time though i have to restart it

for more information on my setup:
external 17inch moniter hooked up with moniter spanning
5 gig ipod that is usually plugged in over nite
apple pro keyboard
ms optical trackball

i have a suspicion that it could be related to the moniter spanning, but i have no real reason that i can see why it would be the moniter.
