I sent my laptop in on 4/29, and still have not received it. I called today, and you know what they tell me? Oh, well we had to order a battery and a foot pad. I was like battery? I sent my machine in for a bad latch. They were like, oh we discovered this was broken too, so we are going to fix it. Jeez, man. That's crazy. Good thing I sent it in. I was wondering if my battery was draining quickly. LoL. But seriously, it's been almost 2 weeks now. I hope I get it soon.

I hate to say this, but I am really really disappointed in apple right now. I recieved my Powerbook back, I cant help but love this machine, but I wish it's creators had a little better customer service. I received my mac back, only disappointed to find out that the gap still somewhat exists, and now I have two big scratches in the bottom of my screen. What's up with that?!!?!?! Now I have to ship it back again. I am so pissed you dont even know.
