OK, first of all I have to say I am very impressed with RadTech's service. Amazing response time with emails, quick delivery, all items in great condition.
TiGlide
I bought this product because my 15" PowerBook screen was slightly misaligned, and the hinges were a bit tight. Using this kit takes a bit more than the 5-10 minutes the web site indicates, I would say I worked on the machine for about a half hour, just to make sure I got everything right.
The instructions were very detailed and east to understand, with several diagrams. I removed the hinge covers, straightened out the display, used the includes square cushions to keep alignment straight, and tightened the screws again. Display now aligned, piece of cake.
Then, I lubricated the hinges using the included lube, though I am not sure I needed to do this. The hinges were tight when I first received the machine, but now they are broken in a bit and functioning properly. I used the lube anyway, could not hurt. So now, the PowerBook is perfectly aligned, and the hinges are great.
Product gets an A, easily.
WildEepz
I love these little pads. I attacked the clear pads to every recommended spot, 4 on the top, 1 on each side, and 2 on the bottom. No problem. The PowerBook feels very firm now when closed, no movement of the lid.
I give this product an A-. Though they work great, they look a bit odd on the display. Though the more I look at them, I am starting to like them there.
I highly recommend both of these if you have the TiBook. EXCELLENT products from a great company.

Excellent! I totally agree w/ your on the Wildeepz, outstanding product. They make me feel so much more secure about lugging my 17" PB around now knowing the lid's not hitting the edges of the palm rest.

I can't justify paying US$12 for pads that seem to be so similar to the $1/set pads you buy in the hardware store. I just use a 1 cent sheet of paper to protect the screen. Works fine.
Luckily my display alignment is perfect, and my hinges are not too tight and not too loose.

Like i said here the Tiglide kit is a complete rip-off. If you want to spend that amount of money, better make a donation to Greenpeace or Amnesty international. I canīt coment on this "wildeepz" cushions but what Eug stated makes sense to me.

Well, TiGlide definitely helped me avoid making stupid mistakes. Without it, I would have not been sure what lubricant to use, how to align the screen, etc. Now it may be a bit expensive, but for a newcomer who has no clue how to fix these minor problems, the TiGlide kit is worth it in my opinion.
WildEepz, also a bit expensive, but not sure where to find tested alternatives. I also liked the paper that came with it that showed me exactly where to put em.
In the end, I was a happy, satisfied customer. The product did everything it said it would do. And to me, that is what matters.

Well, I for one bought the Wildeepz and have to say that I am a little scared. You see, there is now a slight warp to my display when I close it because the gap between the display and to base is less then that of the Wildeepz. I sent an email to the seller and he indicated that the bumpers will eventually set, but I am still a little scared. With that said, I do love the fact that the display closes nice and tight. It feels much more solid.
