This might not totally be the appropriate place to post this but since it has to do with my iBook here goes.
As from my post last night, I've had a lot of issues with my iBook and its on the verge of being replaced the next time it dies.
My point of this post is though, I've had to speak with Apple tech support a couple times now on the phone and everytime they've been exceptionally nice and patient with me, the novice (Since January) Mac user. The first guy I spoke with on the phone back in March even stayed over an hour past what time he was supposed to get off to help me out. And then today, both people I spoke with very friendly and tried their best to help me out.
I can't speak for the rest of you but if my experiances are any indication, Apple has some great people working for them and I hope I continue to get this sort of help if and when I need to call again.

I have had the same expierence as CrazedVW. The tech support people are extremly nice. When I use to call tech support when I shamely has a Windows machine, they were usually rude, and seemed irritated. Thanks Apple Tech Support!!!
I have an MacBook, 15" monitor, 1 GIG ram, 120 gig internal hard drive, 500 gig external hard drive, and an iMac with 40 gig internal hard drive with iSight web cam. Using Mac OS 10.5 Leopard

I agree that the Apple Tech. folks are quite kind and patient, however, one of my most major gripes with Apple is the ludacrious decision to not offer 24/7 technical support over the phone. Dell, Gateway, and every other major computer maker has 24/7 tech support as a given...the only saving grace is Apple's online Knowledge Base is extremely thorough.
