i plan on gettin a 23 cinema display to hook up to my pb, i wanted to use the cinema as my main monitor instead of the pb... so i will mirror it, but the thing is, my pb has max res of 1280x854, if i mirror it onto my cinema will i be able to go up to 1920x1200? thats what i really want... anyone know?

The PBs screen res. has nothing to do with the abilty to output a higher res. to an external screen. I'm not 100% positive, but I'm pretty sure the 667Mhz TiBook can push the 1920x1200 resolution fine. It's got the 32MB ATI 7500 card in it, and I'm pretty sure that resolution is within it's reach...any actual 667Mhz TiBook owners can attest to this?

If it is a DVI model, yes it will work definately. If it is a VGA model the Apple literature seems to say yes but I would look deeper to be sure.

Yep, and although it's probably a given, you'll need an adapter like Apple's DVI-to-ADC adapter to actually connect the display to the PBs DVI-out.
