Okay guys. I've did a search and came up with about zilch after 30 pages grrr.

My powerbook came with a battery Model Number: A1012

My friend had three extra batteries Model Number: M8511

Can I use these in my powerbook? If so are there limitations with charging etc?

I found the battery FAQ on Apples site and it's crazy misinformed. It doesn't even mention my A1012 battery nor the M8511 battery! What a crock of doo doo.

The voltage will be lower, as in total capacity, but all the Ti batteries work in all the Ti models.
