I currently use the Brenthaven backpack for my Ti and really like it. I am, however, planning on getting a PB 12" soon. I know there is a Brenthaven backpack designed specially for the 12". My question is whether I can purchase the sleeve for the 12" and replace the 15" sleeve in my current backpack. I would really hate to spend another $179 for the 12".

As far as I know, Brenthaven does not sell the sleeves separately. But it wouldn't hurt to contact the company to see if they would make an exception for an existing customer.

macconnection sells the backpack for $160. You can save $20.
