Lost My (iBook) Password, how can I change it & make a New one?

Do you mean the admin password that you created when you installed or used OS X the first time?

If so, try starting up from the OS X install CD and choose "Reset Admin Password" (or whatever it's called) from one of the menus.

To boot on the CD, press 'C' during startup.
