...is what this Pismo G3 500 14" owner is asking Pismo to 17' owners. How did your switch go? Should you have gone to the 15" instead? or is the 17'"ok? I have the money for the 17" at my disposal and is burning a hole in my pocket!!! Any opinions recommended...Thanks

Steve

I went from a Pismo 400 to the 17". A whole new world indeed.

I loved my Pismo...One of the best computers I've ever owned. But the 17" takes it to a whole new level.

Spend the money. It's worth it. And I think you've already made your choice anyway.

I went the other way. Pismo to 12" PowerBook. I won't lie and say there's no difference, but the lost real estate truly doesn't bother me. After exactly one week with the 12", I've adjusted. It's all relative anyway.

Attempted "size doesn't matter" joke deleted.
