Your iBook has 1 RAM expansion slot, and either 32, 64MB, or 128MB built onto the motherboard (depending which model you have). So, you can buy a 512MB RAM module, stick it in the slot, and you'll have your max. www.ramseeker.com and www.dealram.com are good places to look for deals.
