Anybody have latch problems?

When I close the iBook all the way, "sometimes" the latch won't open up . . . it takes me AWHILE to open up the slugger.

It also doesn't want to "wake-up" sometimes. But that's another problem . . .

you will have to send it in for repairs. bust out the warranty card.
