N.B. x 3: No guarantees if it works or not fully in OS X. Dunno what firmware it comes with, or if it's firmware upgradable with the Apple updater either. I've never shopped at this store.

My drive was stated to be the UJ815-B, but now installed as discussed on this thread it says it's a uj815-A.

Weird.

I paid just under 200 quid (UKP) on eBay for mine - which seems about right.

If it is the same drive, you can't use any of the existing Firmware updaters...
