Last night I thought I was seeing things - after putting my trusty iBook 500 to sleep, I could see a glowing apple right in the middle of the black screen... Mactopia enlightenment? a message from the big Apple in the sky?

Turned out it was just my lamp shining through the back of the iBook... but for a minute there...

Actually, Apple posted a Knowlege Base Article about this phenomenon. It wasn't your lamp; it was a foul supernatural being seeking shelter from the Pharnax. A reboot should force the being out of your computer. Just don't make it angry.
