hi.. the button on the front of my powerbook 12, the one with the sleeping light on it, is stuck. It's still functional, but the left side is not coming all the way out.. anybody have this happen? i tried sticking a paper clip in there and wedging it out again, but with no results..

Whoa...that's new to me. If the paperclip won't do, try finding something even thinner, say, a pin needle, and prying it out.

to tell you the truth.. i'm scared.. i used the paperclip on the front of the button, and it scratched it up pretty good.. i've also put alot of pressure from the inside... i don't want to hurt my baby!

I hear ya man, I'm sure it'll scratch it up a little, but I guess it'd be better than a halfway jammed button...best of luck!
