I have a 17" powerbook and i noticed that if the battery was 94%-100% full, then it won't charge..it just says that it's fully charged no matter if it's 99% or 95 %.. i have to let the battery gets less than 94%, then i will start charging til it reaches 100. i calibrated the battery many times, but it didn't help.. Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem...does that mean something is wrong with the battery..i have 10.2.6

It's totally normal. It helps protect the battery and extends its life.
