I have a 98 wall street, and the RJ45 port is becoming kind of fussy when it wants to work and doesn’t want to work, I was thinking about getting a pcmcia network card, but was wondering if anyone made an “all in one” card, for both rj45 and wireless 802.11b or any other standard?

Thanks for the help

Well evidently they are produced: http://www.auspcmarket.com.au/index....ucts.php?input[category_id]=31

However getting them to work on a Mac could be another story; another alternative you have is to get a typical wireless 802.11b/g card for your wireless needs, and a USB-to-RJ-45 adapter for your wired access needs: http://www.auspcmarket.com.au/index....ucts.php?input[category_id]=31

(btw, cupy/paste the links, for some reason clicking won't do)

you might get that usb-to-rj45 working with a usb card, and then you can use that card for other things too, like a mouse or newer printer.
