Howdy.
A few weeks back, I started noticing a feedback sound coming through my speakers. It took me a few days to figure out that it was related to the audio-in source. Lowering the volume on the audio-in wasnt enough to get rid of the feedback sound, so I switched sources from 'Sound Input' to 'Zoomed Video', and the feedback went away... for a while.
Everytime I switch my audio-in source, it takes about 30 minutes for the feedback sound to return, regardless of what the audio-in source is set as, be it Internal Mic, Zoomed Video, Sound Input or External/Line-In.
It is slowly driving me nuts and making it all but impossible to enjoyably listen to music on my PowerBook.
Somy question is: Is there a way to completely and totally disable any and all audio-in functions? And if there isnt, does anybody know how to fix this malfunction?
Thanks guys.
