I was just wondering if anyone has heard of any really strong founded rumors about the iBook getting updated (a G4 perhaps?). Since I'm buying an iBook next week, so I was just wondering so that I dont end up spending my money on the current ones they have now and then want to buy the "updated" iBooks. Thanx!

Usually you'll hear some kind of rumblings on rumor sites, but right now they're pretty quiet. I'd say one is coming, but I have no idea how soon (and the only people that *actually* do can't talk about it)...

Okay, well since I'm here already, lemme ask another question. Does anyone know whether the actual G3 chip is upgradable, so that if they decide to put those on in iBooks so that older iBook users can upgrade?
