When I surf the net and scroll down, it's not smooth.

I know w/ my PC, I just download the latest driver and bang!
it's done...

But what about Mac?
IS there such things as drivers or what's going on to make it smooth?

I don't believe this is possible with 10.2, but I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that this option for smooth scrolling is available in 10.3.

ATI does make drivers, but they're meant for their retail cards, not the ones built into iBooks. Usually video drivers are integrated into OS upgrades...
