I got that plug to connect my ibook to a monitor.
Can I plug in a usb mouse and keyboard and use the monitor w/ my ibook closed? Or does the ibook need to be fliped up and open?

Pardon my ignorance...I'm not too sure if I should go out and get a usb keyboard if this dosn't work

iBooks do not work in the closed position. Only PowerBooks can do this.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

Even though that app will do what you want, be careful, iBooks are not meant to be run with their screen closed and the heat could cause some problems...

Why do people say these things? Did you engineer the iBook?
