I have just installed an irport extreme card in my 12"pb and now when I pick it up and tilt it side to side I get a buzzing noise as the machine is in motion, it sounds very much like a lightsaber!!!

I had'nt noticed it before the airport card went in, I am not to worried about it as everythbing seems fine, just wondered if anyone else had experienced the same? and whether you managed to fix?

Tilt it on the side? That motion actually shouldn't happen, lol, but I'd say it's simply the moving hard drive platters touching the sides when tilted in that way that's making the noise. I highly doubt it's the AirPort's fault.

Take the card out and see what happens. Process of elimination.
