I've noticed that the edge of my battery protrudes out a little. This doesn't affect its balance when resting on a flat surface because the computer's feet lift the computer up evenly. I just think it looks aesthetically bad. I have two different batteries btw. Anyone else see this issue and know a solution....
Looking forward.

This is quite a common issue w/ 12" PBs. Mine does this as well, even the extra battery I purchased from MacMall does it. I think it's just a 12" PB design flaw.

Both batteries that I have for my 15" TiBook also protrude out. The plastic frame around the battery hole isn't flush with the case, either. The batteries stick out beyond the frame about 1 mm, but only on one side. I'm just living with it, but my 1st year of ownership is up in November, so if I end up sending it in, I'll probably ask for a fix. FWIW.

My iBook was/is much worse than the PB is. I've noticed though that if I get rough with the PB that I can get it to slam in there pretty hard and hang for just a little bit. But eventually it falls loose again.

OK. I guess I can live with it =P If I take it in for repairs I'll also enquire about it.
Looking forward.
