RAM Memory where to buy?

I need ram memory for my PowerBook...but where is the best place to buy good price, good quality ram memory for Mac?

i've heard good things about OWC ( www.macsales.com) and Coast Memory ( www.coastmemory.com), though i haven't personally used either. Also, you can't go wrong with www.crucial.com but you won't get the cheapest price there, either.
this is just me being anal, but 'RAM Memory' is redundant. Since RAM stands for Random Access Memory, RAM Memory is 'Random Access Memory Memory'.

Definityly NOT OWC.
I'm going through a RAM replacement nightmare right now and they are truly the worst company for customer service I've ever dealt with. I'm currently working with the Manager of customer service (her name is Jennifer), and she is helpful, but I've dealt with 6 tech support reps now and every one (except for one really) has been impatient, rude, and completely unprofessional in their attitude and willingness to help. In my first attempts to get help, (this started three weeks ago), I couldn't even get anyone to return my call, and I was only calling a supervisor as their tech reps were arguing with me as to what my WRITTEN INVOICE said regarding a lifetime warranty. How do you argue with what is written on the invoice? I'll be posting all the details as an FYI info-post once this gets sorted out. I have nothing against anyone personally, but if I were treated poorly at a hospital, I would at least have the courtesy to warn others of sub-par health care. Same holds for equipment sales, especially when guys like me are running their own business. We need to know we'll be treated with some semblance of decency, and so far, OWC is more like Dr. Kevorkian working the emergency room.  I don't need OWC pulling the plug from my business by causing delay after delay in getting me my replacement part. Not returning my phone calls (and I've been completely patient and professional - truly) is not why I gave them my business.
Anyway, all of this is happening with simply one RAM chip going bad while under warranty. I can't imagine a situation where you have to rely on a company for your business (like relying on Apple's warranty repair for example - which has been top notch all three times I've needed it), and that company being OWC.
After all of this gets resolved, I'll personally never deal with them again, as I've dealt with so many poor employees that the problem is not limited to one person having a bad day. Makes me think the problem is a management issue, and that only leads to chaos and poor customer support.

Crucial isn't the absolute cheapest, but it's still a very good value ... and the quality and service are both first-rate.
I have an acquaintance who actually ordered some Apple-branded RAM recently, and it was shipped to him from Meridian, Idaho -- which is Crucial's home base! So apparently that high-priced Apple RAM is really just rebranded Crucial RAM.

Crucial supplies RAM to all the big players... It is quite possible that the stuff you get in your Mac from Apple, is actually Crucial supplied...
They may not be cheapest, but in the UK at least they swap bad RAM out without complaint, and overall offer a great service...

I just bought 2x512 from 4allmemory.com last week. Great prices, and free 2 day UPS shipping. Lifetime free replacement warantee should anything go bad, too.
Ah, having more memory is so good... I had the stock 256 before in my Ti867. My page outs would run close to the hundreds of thousands by the end of the day. Now I have none at all! How refreshing is that!
