I know some of these questions I ask about the PB are stupid, but please answer!
I have a 867 PM, and plan on getting a 1Ghz PB. That's a 133Mhz diff. Do you think i'll see much difference? Or should I save up money for something better when it is released? Either way I want a notebook computer.
I checked out XBench but I saw to varied results, I didn't know which one to trust! I wish I could just get a benchmark on a machine that is totally new and un-touched (as in no external software).

Will you see a difference? It all depends. I presume you are talking about the PB 17". You should check out the specs in the Apple System Profiler on both models.
A desktop will generally have more power due to the HD rpm being 5400 and above and if it's a dual processor which you never specified either.
I have the 17"PB and I have never been happier. I also have the 800Mhz iMac FP and the 17" kicks the iMac's butt even though the iMac has a faster HD.
So check out the cache, the memory type, graphics and the system buses between your PM and the PB you want and you will get an idea on speed differences. If they are close in specs with each other then the megahertz difference will make a big difference.

Awesome, thanks. I'm figuring that the 12" will eventually get a 1Ghz by Christmas, when I plan on buying one.
But that's another factor I forget, the 5200rpm hard drive and the (I think) 7200rpm HD on my PM.
And the 867 is not a dual.
