Need help with external display problem.

	I've been watching some movies on my powerbook (15"Tibook) plugged into my tv, but I'm having some problems with the screen size. When I view the avi file on the powerbook, it looks fine, but when I plug in the tv to the svideo port and detect displays, it goes to 600x800stretched. This causes the movie to display in a slightly distorted format. It's not much but it's enough when looking at peoples faces. Is there anything I can do to make it keep the aspect ratio correctly.
