How long does a powerbook take to ship normally?
say it was ordered today... when can I expect it to get in my hands?

Ehm...did you get a shipment date...or have you not ordered yet? It all depends on what it says when you place the order.
If they have the book in stock, a couple of days worth of shipping (at least over here in europe) If it comes from factory, it is a whole other story...

I have no access to the shipment it was ordered by a company I did a project for.
I just wanted to know how long they normally take.

I just ordered mine yesterday...they told me 3-5 business days to ship, then I got 2-3 business days shipping. So Around 5-8 Business Days is what your looking at.

Yeah I should change my sig - "When" was because I was waiting for this damn speed bump rumors that had me going nuts since JULY...

Oh believe me...I'l be posting about it! LOL I just checked my Order Status tonight...and it said my Powerbook should ship ON or BEFORE 9/9/03! Man, why do they have to torture me like this!? HAHA That's like the Cable Guy saying he'll be there between 8 and 8!
