You would take the RER To Chatelet and change onto the Line 1 to Porte Maillot. When you come out you cant miss the Palais des Congress.

From the time you step onto the train at CDG to the time you come out of the Metro it will be 1h or 1h15 mins. The RER to Chatelet takes anywhere from 35 to 50 mins depending on if you get a direct train or one that stops all the time.

If you are landing in CDG 1 you will have to take a bus to the metro station. I am not sure exactly where Easy comes in. If that is the case you need to allow a total of 2 hours from the time you get off the plane to the time you are at the Palais. It could be shorter by as much as 30 mins but it depends on how long you have to wait for the bus/RER / metro at each change.

Okay I was feeling helpful so I researched it for you Here is what is on the easyjet site:

SNCF Train + ADP Shuttle operate between Paris and Charles de Gaulle from 5 am to midnight. The stop for Terminal 3 (from where easyJet flights depart and arrive) is the Charles de Gaulles 1. Terminal 3 is walking distance from the train station, and is clearly signposted.

So you are going into that weird cheap fight terminal which is good because you can easily walk to the RER. Follow the signs to the RER terminal. Once there you may board ANY train because they all go the same direction. It is helpful to look at the video screens to see what train leaves first and go to that platform.

You will remain on the train until you get to Chatelet. There you will change to the Line 1 (yellow) direction La Defence. Be sure to follow the signs carefully as this is the largest metro station in Paris and is a true maze. Ride that to the Porte Maillot and there is probably a Palais des Congress exit from the Porte Maillot Station.

Forgot to say that should take you no more than 1 hour and a half and could be done in under 1 hour if you are lucky.
