Early this week, i emailed OWC and I got this reply:

I apologize for the late reply. Entourage incorrectly filtered this. Anyway
- we are working on it. The cost so far has been way too high, but we may
soon have a 1GB DDR SO 2100 for under $300. Working on it.

Count me in!!!! No idea why it's been so expensive for 1GB of ram. In other formats it so much cheaper....

why not wait longer i bet the price goes down more.
