Man after seeing that case at Dr. Bott for the 17" powerbook... it made me laugh. The case to me just seemed to bulky. However the lid comming off was a good idea incase you need to work and stuff . But then again, that takes the beauty away from working with a powerbook 17". In my own opinion, I use a Zero Halliburton Z5 "Gun Metal" look. It fits all I need to fit when transporting the PB17" in style and protection. The fitting form insides of the Zero Halliburton is amazing for the 17" and the adaptor and cables I need all fit nicely. Not to mention that price is cheaper as well! At least cheaper than what Dr. Botts want you guys to fork out!

(PS I do not work for Zero Halliburton!)my site with Demo Showreel!
