they offer extra batteries for the powerbook g3 to g4 1Ghz (no 17" tho)

33% more power, for the same price

But only 6% more capacity than the battery that shipped with the Ti 1Ghz.

And if you buy a replacement battery from Apple today for any of the older TI Pb's you get the more powerful one. So the comparison with anything other than that is quite meaningless unless you can source a pristine old battery.

That company should have put their effort into a battery charger instead. We still don't have any of those.
