Ibook lcd differences? Samsung or IBM

Can somebody tell me how to determine if my Ibook has an IBM LCD or a Samsung LCD? It is a 300 blueberry clamshell.

Well i guess the better is to tear it apart and have a look behind the lcd screen... with care of course ^_^ and a tutorial too... there are severals around the web i guess... i wonder if Apple make Service Manuals available to the public for discontinued devices ? All I can say is that ibook SE 366 has samsung...
