He's posted back now with I could complain another whole hour about RAM too, the computer is always having RAM problems and has no setting to increase swap so she can get more, and already has no RAM slots free, filled with Apple RAM. I planned to add some more in, I have some PC simms but there's nothing like normal RAM in there.
Aren't there laws against having people like this playing around with electronics belonging to sane people?
