I checked out the new 15" AlBoook today, and the screen looked a little squarer than my Ti's screen. I didn't have anything to measure it with, so if someone with a new 15" AlBook could, I'd appreieciate it. Curious.

My Ti's screen is 12.75"x 8.5"

It's the same. I suppose the new case style may make a different impression?

I think it has a little more metal around the screen than the TI, but it's the same size and resolution.

Speculation is that Apple was going to go with a 15.4" screen, but demand outstripped supply--and was one of the factors contributing to the September introduction delay. Anyway, it seems Apple is now using the same screen as the Ti.

I'd rather have a bigger battery than a bigger screen.
