I ordered a refurbished 12" for $1199...256 RAM, 40 gig HD. They gave me 384 for RAM, and a 60 gig HD. I did not pay for either of those. I was so excited to see these little surprises. Just another reason why I love Apple.

The question is, did they intend to put that HD and RAM in, or was it an accident...

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

I just double checked to make sure I'm not crazy. I think this may have been one of the last ones available and that's why they gave it to me, because they don't have any more in stock.

I think 384 will get me by until the gig sticks come down in price a little bit.
