What are some good sites to purchase from (keeping in mind cheaper is the better)?

DO NOT BUY A USED OR ALLEGEDLY REFURBISHED BATTERY!

You'd simply be wasting your time in buying anything other than a shiny new boxed and sealed battery from Apple. I know that second hand or allegedly 'refurbished' batteries can be bought, but the only reason that I can think of why someone would want to sell a used ibook battery is that it is reaching the end of it's life. Also, if you bought an allegedly 'refurbished' one, how would you know that it had been?
