Hey all.. i have this new problem where when i insert a cd into the cd drive on my 1st gen pb12' and it makes a horrible sound.. also it happens when it's ejected.. I haven't droped it or anything.. anybody else have a similar case.. and hopefull a cheap fix?

umm.. ok, i just inserted a cd and the problem is gone.. creepy... but i would still like to know what happened..
