It seems to hurt my arms to type on the Ti book....

At the edges where it changes colors it seems to dig into my arm because it's not all just one case. The color around it, the lighter gray is a bit lower.

anyone else feel that it hurts them to type on the Ti.

anyway to prevent it... like a cover? Or one of those stands... maybe with a stand my hands would hit the keyboard in a different way...

I've been typing on a 12 inch ibook and loved to type on it... maybe this is just a period of adjustment.

The only way to prevent it is to type with your hands in the correct position. Your wrists should be elevated, with only your fingers touching the keys.

Well, you could always stick an inch of foam to the thing.

Here's some wristrest pads, which will help with the position of your wrists. When you're not using them, you can put them under the rear edge of the notebook, to elevate and allow for air circulation under the notebook:
