the 32 meg ATI... I looked at apple-history and it shows that last year there were two 700 mhz ibooks... one came out with the 600mhz and the other came out later with the 800mhz. I have a picture of my ibook and it looks different than my GF's 600 ibook... in that the sides of the keyboard on hers is almost flush with the sides... on mine, there is a much larger space between the keys and the sides... if no one knows, i'll post a pic later... thanks!

If there is a large space on either side of the keyboard, that means you have a 14" iBook. The 14" has always been top-of-the-line, so yours is of the 600-700 revision.

So, your machine has the 16 MB ATI Radeon Mobility graphics, not 32 MB ATI Radeon Mobility 7500 graphics. It still supports Quartz Extreme.

"That's Mama Luigi to you, Mario!" *wheeze*
