Anyone having problem with Hotsyncing on new PowerBooks?

	Hi, I have replaced my PC with a PowerBook G4 15" 1.25GHz SuperDrive. I have previously used Macs for several years. Anyway, I have been trying without success to hotsync between my Palm Zire 71, and my PowerBook. Essentially the Palm tries to hotsync, but there is no response on the PowerBook. I have tried restarting, reinstallation, checked the hotsync settings on the PowerBook (listening on USB)... Just wondering if this might be an issue with the new PowerBooks (what with USB 2 and all). This is with Palm Desktop 4.1 that I downloaded from the Palm web site today. Thanks.
