Well here is the image,

Have any of you had this problem? I don't know what I should do. I am waiting for another PB to come in but it is taking way too long, so i hope that you guys/gals can help figgure it out.

Edit: Humm how to i link to pics? or if someone wants to do it for me...

Edit: Fixed the image still need hosting if you guys want a bigger image.

I looked at your link and the image is pretty small to tell anything. Are all the black lines in the background due to the image being smaller or are those the problem? If that's the problem, looks a video cable or video circuitry problem. I would have to go back for that.

i would have a bigger image for you but the upload limit was so small

and yes it is those black lines, they are actually yellow on my screen. but they are annoying as hell. anyway tell me if you find anything out.

Probably a pinched video cable. If you are already waiting a replacement, I don't think there's much you can do. Otherwise try getting it exchanged at an Apple Store.

would being literaly thrown from a delivery truck cause a pinched cable? The guy that delivered it to the CompUSA that i work at literaly threw it outta the truck. that made me mad when i found that out.

Jesus, I would report that to someone, he absolutely, 100% deserves to lose his job. It sounds like a PC A$$HOLE who probably thinks it's funny. Be great if they pressed charges too. F#@% haha now Mot@#! Fu@%^&.

Well, that truly sucks, fortunately a swap won't be a problem.

if i press on the screen the right way it goes away lol. also another problem that i am having is on the right side of the keyboard there is a little play, meaning that (for example) when i press on the k key the keyboard moves down about a mm or so. i think it might be from the guy throwing it again but i am just not sure.
