Apple's "sorry we have a delay in your shipping" email gives you a special extension to call. IF you use that extension you can get thru at ANY time. I have waited no longer than 1 min, usually 30 seconds when calling using this method.

The # can be found in the apple email that tells you the shipping date was moved to a later date... bla bla delay from supply.

# is 800-676-2775(normal customer service #)
Ext is 56500

p.s. this is not an individual's phone #. I get a different rep every time. But I never wait, its basically a cut line position for the phone system. Am I making a mistake posting it here? I just wanted to help you guys out.
