Well, my new 12" PB is perfect for the most part, but I noticed something odd about the charging light. Hopefully it's not something to do w/ the DC board, but here's whats happening. The battery seems to charge fine if the PB is turned on. When I put it to sleep and leave it charging, the very first time, the amber light never turned green. It only did that when I turned the PB on. I had just finished draining the battery to calibrate it and it went to sleep automatically. I then plugged in the ac adapter and the light stayed amber. I just wanted to see how far it had charged so I woke it up. The light then turned green even though the battery was only 50% charged and the icon showed the lightning bolt. Only after I removed the ac adaptor and plugged it back in, did it revert to amber and start charging up again. I noticed similar posts about this on Apple's site and some said you may need to calibrate the battery 3-4 times. I never had this problem with my TiBook, so I'm curious if it's possibly the OS (10.2.7), bad battery, or something else. Thanks.
