Ok, so I've upgraded to 10.2.8 on my PowerSlab and I'm not sure if it's just me, but the "screeching" seems to be back with a vengance. Anyone else experiencing a seemingly louder screech?

I have noticed it since upgrading to 10.2.8. It seems to happen when opening programs. Anyone have any idea what is causing this?
