Welcome to the MacNN Boards!
These feets have a tendency to fall off, but sometimes taking your PB to a local Apple Store will get you new feets free.

You cannot replace the feet on the 12" simply by reattaching them. An entire bottom case replacement is required. However, all 4 of my feet came off, even on the battery, but a little bit of Elmer's super glue has reattached them, almost better than they were originally. My feet all came off in my backpack, so they were easy to find. Hopefully, you're hanging on to them!

It depends on which parts of the feet get ripped off. If it's just the grey rubber, they can be replaced. Apple has user-installable parts for feet replacement, just check their support page. It's basically a package with the rubber feet and Krazy Glue.
