I am not sure if my battery is just getting old, or it just needs some kind of a reset. Does anyone remember the procedure to reset the battery in the Ti PowerBook?

There is some procedure to get back battery life again.

It is not the 10.2.8 installer, I kept getting crappy battery life before that as well.

Battery life will slowly decrease through the years. My old Lombard G3 gets only about 45 minutes to an hour now. This might explain why your battery life is getting crappy.

As for resetting the battery, I don't know of any procedure for that and I'm not sure there is one. You may be thinking about calibrating your battery in which you run your battery down until the computer is forced to sleep.
