Is it possible to buy an after market combo drive for a 667 PB? I am thinking about buying in one and it does not have a combo drive. If so where can I find them. Thanks.

Hi Bill,

Even better than a combo drive, this company makes a SuperDrive that will work in your PowerBook. I was looking into installing one of these in my 667DVI before I sold it to get a new 1gig TiBook which already had SD. You might give it a look!

Nifty... anyone have any idea whether the MacResQ Superdrive is one that can be flashed to 2x DVD burning?
