I have a 500mhz TiBook - just installed an Airport card in it along with an Airport Extreme base station.

The TiBook just doesn't receive the signal, even when an inch away from the base station.

Any thoughts? Am running 10.2.8, btw.

You don't have Access Control turned on in the basestation, do you? I was about to return my Airport card until I realized that.
