Can anyone suggest a good place for RAM for the new 15" AlBook? I had bought an extra 512MB chip from datamem.com before my AlBook got here and when I installed it I started getting kernel panics a lot more often. When I just removed the extra chip, the panics stopped. So can anyone suggest a good alternate place to get 512MB chips that actually work or has anyone bought from datamem.com and actually received a chip that worked? Any info appreciated. Thanks!

When I purchased my 17" several months back I had excellent results from http://www.4allmemory.com/ and was very happy all the way around.

Here's your direct link:

There are other decent places as well. Here's the MacNN thread that mentions them:

You can also check www.crucial.com and www.centon.com. They are highly recommended and offer good quality RAM.
