Hi all.

Because I am stupid, I hosed my OS X installation (theme error), and now my PBG4 won't boot. I'm cool with reinstalling the OS and all, but the issue is that I've got a DVD in the drive that I can't eject. The issue is that the machine tries to load the finder repeatedly and fails.

I've booted into single-user mode and am trying to figure out how to eject the DVD.

Any help?

Cheers
Scott

Nevermind. Today is just a day for me to be dumb. Hold down the stupid eject key while the machine boots....

You can also hold down the trackpad button while restarting, or reboot into Open Firmware and type "eject CD" (or is it "eject-cd"? I don't remember which).
